1. Eligibility

• Users must be 16 years or older.
• Cargasm is open to users worldwide.
• You are responsible for complying with your local laws.

2. Account Rules

• Users must register with a valid name, email, phone number, and location.
• Users can delete their account at any time.
• Accounts may be suspended or deleted for:
  • Scamming or defrauding users
  • Selling stolen or counterfeit items
  • Lying about item details or condition
  • Accepting payment and not delivering the item

3. User Conduct

• Only list items you own.
• No offensive, illegal, or misleading content.
• No stolen or prohibited parts.
• Cargasm reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our rules.

4. Payments and Transactions

• Cargasm does not process payments.
• All transactions are arranged directly between users.
• We recommend:
  • Meeting in person for inspection and cash exchange
  • Using PayPal Friends and Family when shipping
  • Verifying item condition with photos and communication

Cargasm offers three membership levels:

Note: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. No refunds for paid tiers.

5A. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Cargasm offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that enhance your experience with access to exclusive features and services. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

Subscription Options

• Premium Monthly: $2.49 per month
• Premium Yearly: $24.99 per year
• Platinum Monthly: $8.99 per month
• Platinum Yearly: $89.99 per year

Billing & Renewal

• Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.
• No refunds will be provided for unused time during any subscription period.

6. Reviews and Ratings

Users may leave reviews based on:

• Accuracy of the listing
• Communication quality
• Would you recommend the seller?

7. Disclaimers

• Cargasm is not responsible for losses, damages, or disputes between users.
• We do not guarantee successful transactions.
• We take steps to block scammers but users must use caution.
• Always inspect parts in person or verify shipped items through pictures and communication.

8. Data and Privacy

We collect the following:

• Name
• Email
• Phone number
• Location (via Google for accuracy)

9. Termination

12. Apple End User License Agreement (EULA)

This app is subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
